We have been involved with our “little friends” for over 40 years. I owe everything created with our little family members, to the wonderful lady, I call mother! Cecile Hundley, she received her first Little Jack over 40 years ago and so loved these fantastic creations ~ she raised the most wonderful testimonies to the breed.
My mother, always told me that these dogs are “Character dogs”.
People love a particular puppy with a particular marking, for example a dog with a one patch eye, such as "Daisy" shown above. All we knew, that the dogs must be healthy, with an ability to get along with people and all types of barn yard animals as we raised horses it was of utmost importance to have a personality! We always knew that our dogs were "characters" and loved.
Today, we continue to have characters and our loving friends are a testimony to our love for them. Our puppies are bred for temperament and meant to be a part of the family. Temperament is first and foremost in our breeding program, as well as hunting capability and conformation. These puppies have an outstanding pedigree from champion lines.
